- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el auto del 2 de junio de 2015, proferido por el magistrado Alberto Rojas Ríos, que rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad de la referencia, formulada por el ciudadano Wiston Alonso Mosquera Mosquera.
- SEGUNDO. A través de la Secretaría General de la Corte, comuníquese el contenido de esta decisión al recurrente, indicándole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno. Para ello, deberá utilizarse el medio más expedito y eficaz, habida cuenta sus condiciones de reclusión en establecimiento carcelario.
- TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decisión, archívese el expediente.
